A Night of New Talent Opportunities

Jeff Campbell is a spoken word artist, model and marketing master mind and he is now bringing something unique to Houston. For years, he’s wanted to pave the way for new, upcoming artists to be able to have a way to perform for the public to be able to network and mold their early careers. Campbell’s time to start that is now here with “Self- Promotion”: The Hip- Hop/ Spoken Word Concert set to be held at Midtown Bar & Grill this Thursday, April 21st at 7pm.

Attendees can expect a huge crowd, LIVE DJ, networking and several artists performing from R&B singers, poets and hiphop artists. Mr. Campbell himself will be making an appearance at the opening of the event and at the end. Parking is limited so early arrival is a must. There have been 10-18 different artists confirmed for this Thursday.

Campbell tells The K Spot that this is only one of the many events that will be taking place with his newly emerging event company and that the Houston community should be on the look out for more things to come.

Not only is Campbell giving the community a chance to showcase their talent for FREE, but this is also a free event for everyone to come out.

Let’s see: a night of music, art culture and networking? I think that is a win for Houston’s art community! The performance lineup is now full, but future artists who are interested in performing in the next event are welcome to come out, bring business cards and to speak with the big man himself on how to get involved in the next show.
